Tour Bookings are Non-Cancellable, Non-Refundable, and Non-Amendable after confirmation of booking.
Rebooking is free of charge if the request is made 72 hours from the date of the tour. Any later than that, we will charge guests a fee of P1,000. Rebooking should only be made before your scheduled tour date, otherwise, it is considered as NO SHOW. Changes in confirmed bookings shall only be made once.
A minimum deposit of P500 will be required per person to reserve a slot.
For us to reserve your slot, please send us a 𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗥 𝗦𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗧 of your confirmation receipt. Our payment options are: 𝗚𝗖𝗔𝗦𝗛, 𝗣𝗔𝗬𝗠𝗔𝗬𝗔/𝗠𝗔𝗬𝗔, and 𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗕𝗔𝗡𝗞
